A visual guide for @opinionsdotfun | Making opinions matter. We are a few days away from the launch of opinions[dot]fun and CT should definitely care about it. - ever found yourself taking a side on an unhinged CT take? - wanted to see where people actually stand on the "ETH is dead" narrative? - or disagreed with the "AI will destroy more jobs than it creates" argument? > opinions[dot]fun lets you do all of that while giving you the chance to earn by backing the opinions you stand behind. Tried to add everything in the infographic below, so you’ll understand the ways to participate and how it works. (might need to right click img+ open in new page for HD version) Essentially, there are 2 ways to create/support opinion markets: 1/ The @KaitoAI powered flywheel - share your take on X e.g. "Moonbirds are more likely to hit ATHs again than Apes or Azukis" (CC: @beast_ico) + capture mindshare - [pre-bond] an opinion market is auto-created with agree/disagree tokens - tokens bond once market cap hits $69K and migrate to @MeteoraAG pools - as the creator, you earn 10% of fees ∞ - as a participant, you can trade or hold tokens - and/or support the OG opinion post + compete on the Kaito fee-sharing leaderboard 2/ Launch directly on opinions[dot]fun - manually create the market on the website - the rest is the same setup as above - you still earn 10% of fees in perpetuity > The only difference: no Kaito mindhshare leaderboard integration ------------- Personally, I think tokenizing opinions is one of the most native CT products you could have. The fact that most opinions don’t need any on-chain or off-chain resolution and just represent beliefs, means anyone can take a side without needing to be “right” or “wrong”. Excited to see how this plays out.
