On July 30, 2025, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Ethereum mainnet @ethereum. ​Ten years ago on this very day, the first block was successfully mined, marking the birth of an open, decentralized network built through global collaboration. ​A decade later, we’re still building. — Ten Years On, The Building Goes On. ​To commemorate this historic milestone, the Ethereum Foundation (EF) @ethereumfndn has launched a global initiative, inviting communities and organizations around the world to celebrate and document the moment in their own unique ways. At Imperial College London, the Imperial Blockchain Society will be hosting a warm, casual meetup on 30th of July, from 2:00–6:00 PM to honor this occasion. ​We hope to reconnect with those who have been deeply involved in the Ethereum ecosystem, share stories of the past decade, and plant seeds for the next ten years.
