NEW -- CBO has a new cost estimate for OBBB. The law will add $3.4T to the budget deficit over the next 10 years, CBO says. CBO: "That increase in the deficit is estimated to result from a decrease in direct spending of $1.1 trillion and an decrease in revenues of $4.5 trillion."
