checking out @base flashblocks with @chuxin_h ⚡️🧱 you can see each sub-block (flashblock) start within the block when the priority fee share (green) spikes up. this is the usual "top of block" behavior where people will pay up to get their tx in first.

you can compare this against a "normal" 2 sec block here (boooooo slow blocks)
