This is what public bathrooms look like in Japan. No wonder everyone is obsessed with the country!

Designed by Kengo Kuma, the restrooms in Nabeshima Shoto Park in Tokyo's Shibuya is among the best designed public works I've seen. This design sends a powerful message to the people of Tokyo: we care about you, and we honor you by ennobling even the most utilitarian spaces.
