Woke up to find chronic flippers are unsatisfied with vesting and lockups on a capital formation launchpad. What exactly did everyone think a capital formation launchpad was? A shitcoin launcher with a bonding curve? Early stage investing *isnt* free money…you have to be willing to lock up capital often…which disqualifies the vast majority of people here. Regarding the Espresso offering - Gary Gensler has protected me from participating, so my opinion doesn’t matter, but I probably wouldn’t be all that interested in $400m val with 0 unlocks for 12 months. At the very least I’d need to see the rest of the unlock schedule, the market maker contract (that wouldn’t be made public), and the actual float for that entire lockup…would also go gather as much info on Seed/Series A/Series B as I could Could still be a good one, but in a bull I don’t really want that vesting schedule on a project I don’t know a ton about
