Would love to see this UX feature in Zcash shielded wallets: - as payer, scan a "payment request"-style QR code, - see it has the "subscription" toggle on, at X zec / time-period, - accept adding a user-selected title, sending first payment (w/ seller-chosen data in memo), 🧵

On easy subscriptions: I'll be totally honest, US-centric credit cards are easiest UX for me currently. I love crypto and want to see super slick subscription UX for it, but unless it's ZEC or your app is super awesome, I'm wary of payment hoops.
- the main screen, or somewhere *prominent* tells me the countdown to the soonest subscription-due, - I click that to see all subscriptions and can browse, cancel, - I can click a "pay next iteration" button that goes to send screen pre-populated (incl. seller-chosen data). …
This is all at the wallet/vendor layer, with no protocol changes to Zcash. It requires users to explicitly repay each payment period for a subscription. So, vendors and wallet UX needs to help with early / late payments, etc...
Example: a subscription for an account on a website could block the user when they log in with a "subscription is X days late..." dialog (or the web session might be read-only or some other down-grade for late/missing subscription).
Why would this be awesome? - most of my personal online payments are subscriptions! - most w/ cc: terrible privacy risk! - subscriptions imply natural user retention/stickiness. - I would subscribe to a chat forum of Zcash fans!
PS: Before any wallet / vendor UX is implemented/designed, any product could start offering time-period-based subscriptions. I'm aware of infra services accepting ZEC (Nym, vpn, vps, etc...) but are there any with a user community like a chat forum? hmu!
