.@Blockworks_ just introduced a Token Transparency Framework - a practical, open-source standard which aims to close the information gaps of projects and bringing crypto closer to traditional securities in terms of transparency: IPO-style S-1 filings. The framework scores projects across 18 criteria divided into: - supply schedules - market maker and exchange listing agreements - related party transactions - revenue streams - the relationships between equity and token - foundation token allocations - offchain entity structures - financial disclosures Each criteria is weighted (0–3), giving a transparency score - a measure of openness, not project quality. First cohort (launched June 18): @jito_sol , @AerodromeFi , @RaydiumProtocol , @stride_zone , @JupiterExchange , @MorphoLabs - all scored above 35. Second and third cohorts have since joined, including @eulerfinance , @dYdX , @zksync, @layer3xyz and more. The @SECGov has already received the framework. Expect it to influence listing policies and VC due diligence alike. I'm pretty sure it will also bring additional value to builders, traders and users.
