To the Trump admin, or whoever needs to hear it, the reason why the "podcaster bros" worked so effectively for Trump is because it was organic. They liked Trump, thought he was funny, entertaining, they already had platforms, and they just shared how they felt. The second you start paying influencers, or trying to fly people out places, to dinners, to Israel, to the White House, to wherever, all that ORGANIC energy *poof* vanishes. And people can tell, and they'll say "Oh look, they're doing exactly what the Democrats do." and now you've lost that authenticity, which is what worked in the first place. If you want to keep the "podcast bros," on your side, do cool things, do the right things, and the rest happens organically. The influencers that take the money or accept the gifts, favors, access, whatever will long term fade away and lose their relevancy. To Joe Rogan's credit, have you noticed he has been less political lately? He's (smartly) distanced himself because he fundamentally is a PODCASTER, not an influencer to push narratives. He doesn't want to align himself with a party, he wants to make his own choices as he feels them whenever he wants to. That's why he's the king. There's real advice in here, hope it is heard.
