ST & LT.
Trader and Believer.
Cryptos with a higher percent of LT:ST go on to do better than the opposite.
Naturally you want more LT believers as opposed to ST traders.

Signal = Believer based
Noise = Trader brain
Can still make money off ST trades. Fartcoin in this case has done exceptionally well. Definitely has believers to degree. And what I said above is more general thing to think of and not exact of course.
