Any delay in the development of the Jafurah liquid-rich shale gas play is important because: 1) it's slated to add >600,000 b/d of liquids (condensates / NGLs rather than crude) by 2030 2) its gas supply is key to displace crude in KSA electricity generation, cutting oil demand

@opinion Do note that the Jafurah shale project is a multi-phase development. The first phase of the project still should come online in ~2025, but the question is whether there would be delays for other phases. The total cost of the project is expected >$100 billion.
