this follow-the-sun consensus rotation is a new concept, and the best chance for shit to break
is during the change (especially with 40ms block times)
allowing apps and infra to see how their stuff works on the “changeover” many times per day (as opposed to just 3) is preferable

curious if someone can figure out how often we’re rotating consensus to the next data center? as well as the locations of the data centers of the validators?
hint: it’s NOT every 8 hours like it will (roughly) be for Mainnet
