The biggest learning I’ve had so far as an entrepreneur is that it’s crucial to align your incentives with your values. That’s what we’re trying to do everyday @huggingface by making sure we build systems and features to benefit (instead of being hurt) by more openness and collaboration in AI. It might not be the fastest or easiest way to be successful or rich in the short term but definitely the most rewarding in the long-run!
