WHAT IS BLOCK TIME? AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR APTOS🌐. I know you guys probably know what a block time means for block chains, but I'm here to re-emphasize on what it means and how it affects aptos. Remember how we always boast that Aptos is super fast, and that our transactions get confirmed or successful in 0.7-0.5 seconds when using your @PetraWallet for instance, well block time is part of the reasons why we can boast of the Aptos speed. Block time refers to how long it takes for a blockchain to produce a new block. A lower block time = faster transactions, quicker confirmations, and improved user experience. As of This week, Aptos has been consistent in having a 126ms block time, which puts it in the league of Fastest Blockchains in existence 💯. This is what gives us that user satisfaction and confidence that when we make a transaction on Aptos, it gets completed immediately. No lags, no network congestions, just lightning fast tnx completion 🔥. Having a small block time gives aptos the ability to make multiple transactions in low latency and high throughput. That's what gives me the confidence to say this boldly... "Aptos is the fastest chain, and it's built to handle Real World Problems" I'm not a tech guy, but I'll like to appreciate @dankestrel, he's the go-to creator when it comes to understanding and breaking down the tech side of Aptos. Thank you for all the efforts you put in when breaking down complex Aptos tech stuff into something we normies can understand😁 APTOS IS THE FUTURE 🌐
