re: TC i see people baffled by the state's supposed technical lack of skills. but don't be fooled. they choose their arguments not to impress CT but to get their case over the line w/ the jury. it does not matter to them whether it's technically sound or even true.

it's kind of like asking why a clever bully is not making an argument instead of hitting you over the head.
