BTW… bullsh1t “startup titles” like Head and Lead are utilized by companies to pay you less money. Just say no to them, get a real title, and get paid what you actually deserve. The more you know 🌈

@VaultTown PS: don’t discredit talent in emerging regions/countries. Some of the smartest folks I’ve worked with over the years come from these regions (ex: data scientists) and they tend to be more grateful vs entitled imo. Likely to stay loyal to you longer as well.
