I still remember keeping an eye on my profile the day my follower count finally crawled past 1,400. It took almost four years of posting intermittently and random retweets here and there to get to this point. It was a tiny milestone that felt like an achievement. But overall, it mostly just felt slow climb up. Back then I’d publish only when something felt “worthwhile”. I almost never replied on others posts, and i often wondered why other ppl were growing faster. But i had my head stuck in project docs and whitepapers to care much about it Then Kaito showed up Initially, i treated it just like any other leaderboard to game: have some fun, maybe catch an airdrop and then move on. But instead, the experience has taught me that growth isn’t just about what you post, it’s about who you connect with daily As an introvert, jumping into replies felt awkward but two things clicked for me: • People follow people, not random profiles they have never seen before or don't know • Engagement isn’t just optional; it’s part of the core process, and consistency matters more than you think Hitting reset At the end of April this year, I cleared out 200 ghost followers, tweaked my profile, and promised myself I’d keep more active as a reply guy and interact as genuinely as possible even if it sometimes is just with a skeptical 🤨 The payoff Two months later my follower count has crossed 2,300. That’s an amazing growth of 900 new followers, which was a bigger growth spurt in that short sprint than has been in the previous four-years The takeaway Firing off “good content” in isolation is like shouting into the void. If you want your content to be seen and appreciated, step outside your comfort zone, reply regularly and show the hint of the person hidden behind the pfp. That’s when the magic happens. Kaito rewards are nice; sure, but the real value it brought was the incentivized push to actually give af about who i wanted to be on CT. Turns out ppl actually respond when you actually engage genuinely with them. Who knew? I sure didn’t If you’re a small account today and looking to grow: • focus on your reach first (be a reply guy) • find and dominate a niche or a project you like • be consistent & reply genuinely • use AI to move you forward faster and not copy/paste Do these things and you will find what works best for you. Things don't go well all the time but don't be disheartened. Your genuineness and consistency will pay off in time. Of course, being able to capture the imagination of your readers helps a great deal as well DMs are open to anyone that has questions. Am happy to lend an ear and give some clarity if i can. Just don't ask for a follow, capeesh

you have to believe you can improve. you have to wake up every morning, and do the things you have to do, with the goal and the illusion that you're going to get better that day. that has to be your one and only focus.
