The best way for Tesla to maximize FSD adoption is to stop requiring the driver to pay attention. So many people are super impressed with the technology, and for long trips it's an absolute no brainer, but the masses won't pay for an in-between step regardless of how useful it is. If they still have to pay attention, for most, it's no different than driving. "Why let the car do it when I can do it myself?" However, when you stop requiring the driver to pay attention and they can go on their phone, take a nap, or whatever, then FSD becomes an absolute no-brainer for EVERYONE. IMO any effort Tesla does to maximize FSD adoption between now and then will not be nearly as impactful as getting the car to be unsupervised and running a Super Bowl commercial on that capability. They'll sell every car they make in every region that allows that technology - full stop, no questions asked.
