Awaken doesn't auto-charge our users every year. Our competitors do (and they ➡️sneakily⬅️ opt you in). IMO, we should provide you value that you want to use every year. And if we do, you pay us. And if we don't, you don't. I like that model better; it's better for users. And being better for users is always the North Star that ends up being good for biz long term. No one likes a company that is predatory.
