If the executive order is signed and pushes cities to remove vagrant individuals and put them in "treatment centers" then cities around the country must first build the treatment centers, as many have insufficient infrastructure to house these people. I will believe it when I see it happening. Until that moment, this remains a political football with no clear path forward.
