Is this idea ultra-dystopian? Truth Bounty: Users can propose questions that are potentially provable. Users can allocate capital as a bounty to positive proof (assume we have some strong process to verify). New evidence could potentially also get paid out, if it meaningfully updates priors. Probably only useful in-tandem with prediction markets
