There's a new prediction market in town ⚔️ @foresightnow is now LIVE on @katana mainnet and early access is granted to the first batch of users. To be eligible your wallet needed to be whitelisted. If you weren't whitelisted, you can get a code from other users and gain access to the platform. Each whitelisted user will receive 2 referral codes to help others gain access; they're starting off small at first. There's actually lot to unpack with foresight. Over the last 8 months we've seen the birth of kaito as a solution to the problem of finding 'real authentic users' as these are the people that teams want to reward the most. Kaito set out to reward users with 'genuine contributions' with yaps. Yaps can be used to see who actually contributes daily and this helped eradicate the influence that bloated KOL's with 100k fake botted accounts used to have. Following on from this, it was becoming apparent that just yapping wasn't going to be enough and we actually needed to see who was aligned both verbally and financially - i.e. who puts their money where their mouth is. I predicted this here: Yarm are the first to implement this by using an accounts sKaito + yaps + wallet liquidity to rank users. All of this eventually boils down to trying to find out who knows what they're talking about and who's reputable. This is where @foresightnow comes in. Previously, prediction markets were anonymous with anonymous users placing their bets of whichever prediction outcome they assumed would win. In Foresight, your reputation from your prediction market results follows you. This means you can essentially collect clout for good calls, build a reputation and form a following. It's another step towards proving oneself as an authentic, reliable and smart user - and it's all happening on katana ⚔️
@foresightnow @katana Ahhh forgot to mention - their points program is live now and you can earn points for posting!
