sometimes founders can get a little bogged down with the idea of which VC’s are best/ give good signal and there’s some slight nuances, but the only really important thing is who are the wrong ones a product shouldn’t need lent credibility, if it does it probably* isn’t tht good, and being able to raise should only serve to actually make the thing possible but it definitely needs to avoid the trap of fucking themselves over medium/ long term to get the money to get it going/ to the next level

with a lot of decisions a founder has to do the right thing, but sometimes they just need to not do the wrong thing
