It’s cool when we have folks in @solanaturbine who despite obviously knowing how to manage their own repo, learn (because we emphasize it) how to work with issues, prs, merges - GitHub discussion and do so with each other and the projects they most enjoy. We are purposeful in training these skills to be OSS contributors- then share all the coursework repos daily - which are OSS for them and anyone to engage with. Not everyone needs it - but we are emphatic in presenting it.
