Last night’s move into the 121s was driven by aggressive market buying, predominantly short covering activity. This was confirmed by a decline in open interest on the push higher, suggesting a lack of new longs and the presence of trapped sellers getting squeezed. Notable absorption on the offer further reinforces the idea of forced exits rather than initiative buying. Currently, price is exhibiting overlapping value over the past few sessions = clear signs of ongoing acceptance within this range. A rotation lower into the 114s would be a key area of interest from a long perspective (depends on the flow and reaction).
