According to Wu, Vietnam has announced the launch of the national blockchain platform NDAChain, aimed at accelerating the construction of the national digital data infrastructure by 2026. The platform was jointly developed by Viettel and AkaChain and has been integrated into the national digital transformation framework, with plans to support various digital service scenarios such as identity, education, healthcare, and finance.
