Judge Failla: I was just telling my law clerk we are not going to reargue that Professor Malekan won't talk about anything in August 2022 or later. So what are you going to argue? Storm's lawyer Axel: The two other Professors- and we've heard of Infura cancelation

AUSA: Sanctions were imposed on August 8, 2022 then lifted after the court decision. The defense seems to argue because the founders gave control to the DAO at some point, they are not responsible. It's a big can of worms Judge: I don't want anything after Aug '22

Judge: Since we don't have witnesses today [there's the Schmidt immunity issue, etc - this trial is running longer] what about the closing statements? Storm's lawyer Klein: Ours may be an hour and a half. AUSA Rehn: I cannot estimate the length of ours

Judge: So if your client does not testify, we have have the closings on Tuesday, or Wednesday. I prefer to do them all on the same day. And my closing is two hours, the jury will hate me if I do it at the end of the day. So Thursday? Or Wednesday. We'll see
