I grew up in a house full of women, was raised by a single mother and have always felt more comfortable around feminine energy. The crypto life is really intense. Travelling the world, no sleep, away from home. The women in this space, to me, have always been a sense of belonging and home. And as I sit here and reflect on @3e_labs and it's early days, I notice one consistency: The people who saw me, the people who cared about my vision... it wasn't your average incel on CT. @nonfungiblek was the first one to bet on me, @ekang426 gave me one of the largest opportunities, @Julessw_ pushed my passion to new heights, @emilyxlai has been the person I reach out to when I don't know where to look, @ldf_gm has been my biggest champion, @cherdougie wrote my first article. The list goes on. My point: do not underestimate the fucking power of women in web3. Cultural builders will win, and these ladies are the mecca of culture. And I plan on building the most diverse team/community in crypto.
