Tbh these are the best principles I've learned when applying my credit investing career to entrepreneurial endeavors.  1) Obsession with Free Cash Flow - everything has to align with a FCF obsessed culture 2) A love of variable cost structures where you can scale up and back costs aggressively 3) A love of Zero Based Budgeting - every expense has to regularly justify itself, almost everything can be on the chopping block  4) Multiple arbitrage and leveraging unfair acquisition cost advantages
