Now that we're requesting community feedback I'm surprised not many L2s have expressed support. Incidentally going from 2 seconds to 8 to broadcast blobs will easily scale the blob number substantially, removing any bandwidth concerns. Cc @jessepollak (you guys lobbied for this)
