The overwhelming sentiment from the @BitcoinPuppets community is still that of elation. Everyone is happy to have seen the car wrap come to life and race around the track (even if it wasn’t in the King’s Royal). The drama and hilarity that ensued may even bring more attention to Tyler and get him connected with a professional race team. No one from our community seems to mind that we were taken advantage of. After listening to @LongLiveTheChaz show, there were many shocking revelations from the team, but one thing is weighing heavy on my heart. There were accusations of a fundraiser being held for a widow at Ron’s pizza shop, and her not receiving the funds. Many people from our community have reached out to me and requested that I research and verify the situation. I have had requests from our community to find her information so they could make a donation to her directly. I realize this occurred long before we ever knew of Ron or Sprint care racing at all, but the community has requested clarity on this matter.
