I’m told Ghislaine Maxwell was granted a limited form of immunity in exchange for speaking with the DOJ, confirming @KFaulders. The immunity (proffer agreement) is often offered to people whom prosecutors want to cooperate (and Maxwell has already been tried and found guilty) + doesn’t cover perjury.
