Picked up an @AirheadFun Whale Pass and this Bedridden Glory Hole Fatty yesterday Been super impressed by what @taggaOyl @kevin_alkanes @jin_maa and everyone else building on Alkanes have been doing I was initially cautious because we see dozens of random metaprotocols pop up and then fade away but this is the first one in a long time that gives me early ordinals vibes (obviously different and I still think Ordinals will always be the ultimate) Grassroots development, opensource devs building the ship as they go, and building super cool stuff that we’ve never seen before on BTC No doubt it has a long way to go, but what I’ve seen is much more than just hype for the next quick flip (like most new metaprotocols) Lots of insanely talented devs working to push the protocol forward which is one of the most important signs for longevity - @lifofifo and @tclowdotsats killing it with Pandas - @0xBunzy and @hathbanger with Alkamist and infofi - @moffat2021 @t4t5 and @unisat_wallet embracing the infrastructure side of things - @FattyIndex with more infofi - @Fartanium dominating - @juga_btc with education Plus plenty more doing awesome stuff! As always it’s a new protocol so no one knows where it will go but I’m pumped to see where things go next Oyl Corp btw
