The playbook to find a marketing job in crypto is pretty simple: - Find your edge/niche (DeFi, gaming, a specific ecosystem, etc.) - Start DYORing everything about it: read docs, try apps, lurk on Discord/TG, make Twitter lists, ask questions, talk to people - Create content about what you learn: share insights, drop some alpha - Mix your value content with shitposting/meme - Become the best (or at least one of the best) at it - Grind for a few months. Don’t stop. - Open your Twitter DMs and pick the job you want It’s that simple. The only things you need are consistency, motivation, and time.
