I’m working alone in the office today - and honestly, it feels good. Weekdays are usually packed with an endless stream of messages, so weekends are the rare chance I get to plan, learn, reflect, and tune out the noise. This week and next mark a true carnival for Pond - a celebration of everything we’ve built so far, culminating in our hackathon. The whole team has been climbing uphill over the past two months, and now August is shaping up to be a defining month - a moment for us to truly shine. Last week was incredible. I’m deeply grateful to our team, and to everyone who’s supported us and spoken up for us publicly - thank you. Even now, I don’t believe a startup has to “change the world.” A great startup identifies a wave and builds extraordinary services to close the gap between that trend and today’s reality and help others by creating values in any way it can. That’s what really matters.
