I wish people used the warranted frustration this should elicit to id the sources of these costs and campaign against them. they don't seem to be insurance/pharma companies. PBMs? Hospital overcharging? unpopular to say bcs doctors are heroes but... unwarranted caps on no of medical training to keep salaries high?
