there should be a space war college modeled after the naval war college. postgrad-only, with one interdisciplinary degree that combines technical skills —orbital mechanics, systems engineering, cyber, etc. — with strategy: space policy, IR, and political economy. anyone can apply. grads would feed into the space force reserves. in the 20th century, naval strategy defined global power. in the 21st, space strategy will do the same. we need new mahans, corbetts, and rickovers. and of course, it should be built in the presidio or sausalito.

i don’t think we need another undergrad college or academy. we should just make it easy and cool for Bay Area tech talent to train and serve.
