Earlier this month, Petty Officer Scott Ruskan, a rescue diver for the U.S. Coast Guard, saved more than 160 people from Camp Mystic during the devastating floods that swept through Texas. It was truly an honor to meet this brave 26-year-old, who had just recently completed rescue swimming school before the floods. Our entire nation thanks this hero and everyone involved in the rescue efforts and ongoing recovery for their courage, service, and tireless work in the face of such danger and destruction.
