At the launch of testnet Monad was faced with a problem... Do what are RPCs( Remote Procedure Call) Think of the Monad as a huge city full of valuable stuff, wallets, tokens, transactions, smart contracts, etc. To get things done in the city (like checking your balance or sending a transaction), you need a road that takes you there.
