who aside @union_build and @hyperbridge is building permissionless, trust-minimized, and ZK-powered interoperability infra? sidenote: also kinda interesting to see a Cosmos and a Polkadot chain, aiming to build what their parent ecosystems (so far) largely failed at: an actually cohesive, interconnected ecosystem of chains, and more importantly, apps. ZK everything.
