Big news we announced yesterday: Flexport has sold the Convoy Platform to @datfreightteam. This is a massive win—for Flexport, DAT, the Convoy team, and the freight industry.  🧵

I genuinely believe Convoy could have generated $1B+ in EBITDA inside Flexport someday. But the truth is, Flexport will do even better by sharpening our focus on our core mission.

I’ll finish where I should’ve started, with sincere gratitude to the Convoy team for the results you’ve achieved, for the friendships I hope will long outlast this transaction, and perhaps most of all the the opportunity to work side by side with you to see how quickly a small, cracked team that’s laser focused can achieve results.
