Very easy to look in hindsight at the plaintiff’s actions and think “maybe that wasn’t a great idea” but this just goes to show that they’ll manipulate anything someone does and take it out of context to destroy someone’s life.

Mr. Klein pushed back saying that the T-shirt was “critical evidence” that the prosecution was going to reference in its closing statement to “hammer” Storm and that it was necessary to show the broader context in which Storm wore it. The judge still didn’t allow it to be submitted into evidence.
