Most of you are not grinding, you're just making yourself tired to give the illusion of progress.
I learnt this lesson from over 10 years of hard training:
Before crypto I was trying to become a professional cyclist.
I would go out training everyday and only feel happy when my body was destroyed.
After years of repeating this cycle, I learn that being tired is not the metric to maximize if you want to train optimally.
You'll be left drained and unable to complete key sessions.
I've carried this lesson over to crypto and constantly ask myself:
Am I actually working towards a goal here, or just tiring myself out?
It's so easy to sit at the PC > 12 hours a day and go to be incredibly tired believing you've made great progress.
In reality, you could have been active for 4 hours and enjoyed the other 8 enjoying your life.

- checking 10 telegram chats
- flicking between charts of your five different bags
Master this and you'll start to make much better decisions and know when it's time to lock in or enjoy your life.
