An extremist Israeli land thief (settler) — recently removed from U.S. sanctions by the Trump administration — killed Palestinian solidarity activist Awdah Al-Hathaleen yesterday in the illegally-occupied West Bank. Asked for comment, State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said, “We decry the loss of life everywhere,” then strangely compared the killing to a shooting in New York City. She had to be reminded that the incident happened in the West Bank, not Gaza.
