this photo from the 10 year anniversary celebration of @ethereum by @ETHIndiaco is iconic in so many ways (self praise is only to drive a point home 😛) • a general (read non women-in-web3 focussed) panel with two (out of three panelists) women helping grow their ecosystems in their own ways • three folks from three solids L2s, @arbitrum_india, @basedindia and @starknetin - all of whom were friends before they even took their respective jobs within these ecosystems. super healthy, if at all there is any competition (as the collective response to a panel question was) • both women here having been early supporters of diversity in the web3 space in india through their respective communities - @superwomendao & @PhoenixGuildHQ • the placement of the neon light of eth’s symbol above us all. symbolic max. • the hint of india’s flag 🇮🇳 on the attendees’s sleeve giving away the regional strength. the harmony that it represented to me is the harmony that the decentralised world of ethereum stands for! sharing a laughter with @Saxenasaheb & @gyanlakshmi in the picture ☺️
