Today @CryptoGarga’s Wednesday was relatively quie — but still, a couple small gems made it through. 👀 We asked two questions during the session: 1. Will we be able to lease out our Otherdeeds in the future? “We haven’t scoped a built-in leasing mechanic yet. There’s def precedent here for people using delegate in similar ways though.” No official system yet, but the fact that delegation is already being used hints at some potential down the line. It’s not off the table. 2. What kind of role will AI-NPCs play in @OthersideMeta lore? “Having an NPC that both has extensive knowledge of the world and its own part to play within that, and also has decision trees for quests is something we’ve been cooking on.” “Even regular old NPCs, when done right, can still make the world feel really rich.” They’re aiming to go beyond background filler — building characters that understand the world, drive quests, and contribute to the narrative depth. So yeah, it was a calm day overall — but sometimes even the small answers point toward something big ahead!
