More than a decade ago, @zoink joined the inaugural KP Fellows class while still an undergrad at Brown. A few months later, he started building @Figma When we led Figma’s Series B in 2017, it came down to three things: Explosive Market: Design was becoming central to every company. Demand for design tools and the number of users who needed them was growing fast. Compelling Product: The collaborative nature and responsiveness of the product had a wow factor. Figma was built from the ground up to support a designer’s full workflow. Special Founders and Strong Team: Dylan and Evan were special founders. They had a clear vision and had already built a strong leadership team. Dylan wasn’t just thinking about design tools. He was thinking about how people build and create together. That clarity hasn’t changed. From KP Fellow to IPO, we’re proud to be part of the entire journey. Congratulations to Dylan and the Figma team on this incredible milestone. We’re beyond thrilled.
