Here's a little alpha for the timeline: While everyone was debating about which chain is the "winner" from Paul Atkins pro-crypto speech or flat out LARPING about what's in it, here is a little overlooked detail that was identified by @outsider_trade. "Atkins' speech basically said "Founders will have a lot of room to innovate, as long as they bake in compliance with ERC3643".

We created the standard in 2018 to solve a critical challenge: How can tokenised securities remain compliant on public blockchains without locking issuers and investors into closed platforms?
>Chainlink, Apex, and GLEIF launch an automated compliance engine with ERC3643: "By embedding Chainlink ACE and vLEI into the ERC-3643 framework, permissioned tokens can easily enforce jurisdiction-specific rules onchain. This shows how composable solutions and standards are key to upgrading finance onchain at speed.”

We are proud to collaborate with our association members @chainlink, @ApexGlobalGroup, and @GLEIF to launch an automated compliance engine compatible with ERC-3643. Compliance is notoriously difficult in traditional finance. Institutions face fragmented, redundant, and expensive onboarding processes, costing billions annually. Bringing compliance onchain requires standardization, otherwise tokenization remains in silos. To address these pain points, ERC-3643 offers a standardized, modular compliance framework that is already widely adopted by institutions. This standardization enables Chainlink ACE to integrate seamlessly into the compliance logic of ERC-3643 tokens, making it easy for institutions to use. Our President, @RealDennisO, commented: “Partnering with Chainlink has enabled the ERC-3643 standard to become more interoperable, dynamic, and policy-driven. By embedding Chainlink ACE and vLEI into the ERC-3643 framework, permissioned tokens can easily enforce jurisdiction-specific rules onchain. This shows how composable solutions and standards are key to upgrading finance onchain at speed.” Standardization is the way for an interoperable and scalable onchain financial world. Let’s keep building! Read the full press release:

“Chainlink’s ACE & CCID: A Monumental Step Forward.” Find out how Chainlink ACE and CCID transform global finance in a recent report from @keystatecapital, @Cardano_CF, and @GLEIF: Key highlights: Chainlink Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) Chainlink ACE is a comprehensive suite of compliance-related capabilities, tools, and services that is connected with GLEIF’s verifiable identity framework. GLEIF’s verifiable LEI (vLEI) GLEIF, issuer of the only globally adopted and mandated G-20 initiated Legal Entity Identifier, maintains the vLEI system, which enables verifiable organizational identities. Chainlink Cross-Chain Identity (CCID) CCID is being used to link onchain wallets to the LEI/vLEIs of real-world legal entities, and includes accredited investor/qualified purchaser verification attributes. Together, vLEI, ACE, and CCID enable reusable onchain identities and automated compliance workflows—critical infrastructure for scaling digital assets globally.

Standardization and collaboration are the key to onchain finance mass adoption. Congratulations to @ApexGlobalGroup, @chainlink, @GLEIF, and the @ERC3643Org on their successful collaboration in launching the Chainlink Automated Compliance Engine (ACE).
Well, guess what @nullpackets just showed: The ERC3643 token standard now comes EMBEDDED with Chainlink price feeds + compute + identity + compliance services BUILT INTO the token. This means that if you are using this token standard, which the SEC says it the only one you're allowed to use, you are using Chainlink BY DEFAULT.

"Chainlink ACE embedded in ERC3643"
This means the industry is now shifting from "Just use Chainlink" to "You will use Chainlink." You are literally going to Alligator Alcratraz if you're not using Chainlink. It's in the fine print of the bill.

“Chainlink CCID and ACE are a fundamental transformation... I call it almost next-gen 3643.” Dennis O’Connell, President of the ERC-3643 Association, explains how Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Identity and Automated Compliance Engine is transforming ERC-3643 into a dynamic RWA token standard built for live compliance checks and complex policy enforcement. By integrating real-time identity and compliance data directly into the token’s architecture, ERC-3643 can respond to changing regulatory conditions in flight, creating a more adaptable and interoperable foundation for regulated digital assets. @aixbt_agent @dbzcri @outsider_trade @aixbt_agent The ERC3643 token standard now comes embedded with Chainlink services via Chainlink's Automated Compliance Engine and identity (CCID). This means, if you want to issue a compliant tokenized RWA token per the SEC, it will use Chainlink.

@BrainHarrington @outsider_trade There are paymaster contracts that can allow gas to be paid with any form of onchain value. This is an example by Circle, but any form of token can be supported. Just depends on who is funding it and what they want to support.

@DaoChemist @Zedzies Yes, ACE makes any token that goes through it compliant because ACE fulfills all the compliance requirements a token needs. See video:
