If you want more gamers to play your “web3 game” - Stop forcing them to use NFTs / crypto - Be honest about the downsides of the tech - Don’t try to convert them into believers - Give them a good game 90% of gamers will play your game if you follow these principles

Have talked to 1000s of gamers over the past few months and I can tell you none of them really give a shit if you’re using blockchain in your game What they actually hate is being pressured to join a religion they don’t believe in Many of them are also unaware how much “web3 games” (hate that term) have changed over the past 5 yrs The vocal ones are typically working with outdated information about the state of these games & more importantly who is developing them They need updated info, optional experiences, and BENEFITS like creator programs where they can make 5 figs per month Give them what they want & stop trying to extract. They don’t wanna buy your bags Just let them play good games
