TIL that AOL was still offering dial-up internet service. Most folks on CT won’t ever appreciate the time (and noise) it took to connect to the internet in the 1990s. Back then, seeing your bank accounts on the computer was a novelty. Now, we’re about to digitize dollars and tokenize the physical world, bringing finance into its 2.0 era. Everything is a cycle.
